Welcome to Autumn Whinny

Hello and welcome to Autumn Whinny, a collaborated blog between my mother and I, where we will discuss things that we find interesting, important, and helpful. Our blog will cover a small range of topics including but not limited to OTTB (off the track Thoroughbred horses), Human product reviews, Horse product reviews, and sometimes some creative writing.

My original idea was just to have a blog to discuss my own personal perspective on racehorses and what it's like to adopt one that was meant to be a racehorse. Each situation with these amazing creatures is unique, but there are some things that can tie into the majority and so I hope this can be a helpful space for others looking into adopting OTTB's.

I do also happen to be a first-time mom, and my son is nearly 3. I have definitely had some experiences with baby/kids products that I would love to give some insight on in case anyone out there is wondering about them. There are a lot of things I did not get to use, so I may not be helpful with everything, sorry! Keeping a healthy household is one of the most important things to me since having my son, so I also have some helpful tips on things that may be good additions, or replacements for things in your home.
